You must be at least 18 years old to commission me.

Completed pieces are digital only.

I do not make prints/physical merchandise nor do I send anything through the mail.

Please save the art I do for you as I cannot guarantee that I will have the files on hand forever.

My style is kind of experimental, I make minor changes to my style and techniques often to keep myself interested and engaged.

While I can use Telegram/Notes/DMs to discuss commissions, all relevant info must be sent through email/form.

I do not give out layered files (PSD, CLIP files, etc).

I have the right to refuse, stop and refund any commission for any reason with or without explanation.

I may make minor edits to colors to fit my coloring/shading style and/or to reduce eye strain.

I retain the rights to the image itself, and the right to post and display it anywhere on the web or in real life, unless discussed beforehand.

Any rejected sketches/cancelled commissions can be reused as a YCH.

The commissioner can post their commission as long as proper credit is given.

The commissioner can edit the commission to use as an icon, banner, sticker, etc. as long as proper credit is given.

Without explicit permission, NOBODY has the right to profit off my artwork in any way, including the sale of the digital files, rights to the image, or minting Non Fungible-Tokens (NFTs).

Nobody has the rights to use my art to train AI

Commissions are done through email and/or google forms (please check your emails regularly).

I typically work from oldest to newest in my queue, though I also work in batches.

All commissions will be completed within three months/90~ days or less, if not, you can get a full refund, even if some work has been done.

WIPs will be sent through email at your request or at my leisure.

If you do not respond to my WIP emails within 48 hours I will assume it's good to continue and no changes are needed.

Edits to the sketch phase are generally free as long as they are not excessive or if they are a mistake on my part. Edits after the sketch phase may include a fee if they are not small/minimal.

Please have clear and readable references, I do not work off of screenshots, descriptions or poor quality images.

Completed artwork will be sent through email. You will receive the full sized image as well as a smaller, ready-to-post size.

All payments are done through paypal, and are in USD. Payment is required up front before I begin working. Do not send payment, I will invoice you.

If, for any reason, I did not begin any work within my turnaround time, or I am unable to finish it in my turnaround time, or if you cancel before I begin any work, you will be refunded in full.

If work has been done on your commission and you cancel before its finished then only partial refunds will be given.

If we agree upon a payment plan, but you neglect to make all payments, then no refunds will be given for what was already completed.

Completed artwork is non-refundable.

I typically do not do payment plans but I may accept them for commissions over $200.
